The story

“Tsavt tanem.” Let me take your pain. There is no equivalent in English, because there is no people who say it quite like this.

It means: give me your suffering, I will carry it so you don't have to. It is said to children, to elders, to anyone you would bleed for.

We set it in flowing script over a pomegranate — the fruit of abundance, each seed a small ache willingly taken. The most Armenian sentence ever printed on cotton, and we printed it with care.

Materials & make

240gsm premium ringspun cotton, warm cream. Soft-hand water-based print so the script feels like part of the cloth.
